A website that works, and someone to call.
Websites built and kept for established Louisiana businesses.
Walk outWhat we do
Most good Louisiana businesses already have a website. It's just old, nobody knows how to change it, and the company that built it is gone. We fix that, and then we stay.
Rebuild it
A clean, fast site that looks like your business today, loads instantly on a phone, and says what you do and how to reach you. Your catalog, your dealer list, your service form, all working.
Keep it running
Hosting, security, and changes done for you. New hours, a price list, a photo of the new truck. You email us; it's done the same week, and the site is somebody's job.
Make it work harder
Quote requests that land in the right inbox. Catalog updates without a reprint. Forms that feed the systems you already use. The quiet plumbing that saves an hour a day.
How it works
You see the finished site before you pay anything.
- We build it first. We rebuild your current site and send you a link. If it isn't right, you owe nothing.
- One price. A fixed build fee and a flat monthly plan, in writing. No hourly, no surprises.
- We handle the switch. Your domain stays yours. Your email keeps working. Nothing goes dark.
- We keep it. From then on, changes are an email away, and we answer the phone.
Pricing
Two numbers. The same ones for everybody.

Your site, your domain, files you could take anywhere. Larger sites with catalogs or many pages are quoted up front; the number in the proposal is the number on the invoice.
Who you're calling
I'm Michael Ferrara, and Blue Pier is a one-person studio in Madisonville, Louisiana.
By day I run the systems inside a winery: the accounting software, the online store, the reports, and the connections between them. It's the plumbing nobody notices until it breaks, and my job is to make sure it doesn't.
I started Blue Pier because I kept seeing the same thing around here: good companies, some older than my grandparents, with websites that embarrass them, built years ago by somebody who isn't around anymore. The fix isn't complicated. It just needs someone who will do the work carefully and then stick around.
That's what the pier is for. It's the solid thing you tie up to.
